| Individual or private group training is specifically designed for those who prefer a more private setting, flexible training hours, or those individuals looking to begin a new exercise program with specific needs.
Training will introduce exercises that are much safer and effective than those found at your local gym. By combining a variety of techniques including core, balance, muscle strength and endurance, you will increase your physical fitness and overall sense of well-being.
Programs can be designed to incorporate weight loss and management strategies, injury prevention, post-injury/surgical rehabilitation, or those looking to improve general fitness levels.

 | Don't want to train alone? Form your own group or join an existing group and meet new people. This popular training program is guaranteed to make your body more fit and functional, helping you enjoy daily activities pain-free.
Each program is specifically designed to meet individual goals in an enjoyable atmosphere. In addition, you will feel stress levels decrease and leave feeling refreshed.
Training integrates balance, core, strength, flexibility, agility, full body strength, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning. Sessions are 60 minutes and limited to 4 people per workout. Suitable for all ages and abilities.
In order to get new clients comfortable with training, I ask that you start with a minimum of 2 personal training sessions before joining group training.
