Customized programs are created to improve performance by building strength and power, in addition to identifying areas of weakness and instability to help avoid the potential for injury. 3D Sport Performance focuses on increasing functional movement to support the physical demands in sports and everyday life.Personal Training - Individual or private group training is specifically for those who prefer a more private setting, flexible training hours or those looking to start a new exercise program with specific needs. Training will introduce exercises that are much safer and effective than those found at your local gym. Programs can be designed to incorporate weight loss, injury prevention, post-injury/surgical rehabilitation, or those looking to improve overall fitness levels. Monthly Group Training - Don't want to train alone? Form your own group or join an existing group and meet new people. Suitable for all ages and abilities these adult group training programs are designed for those looking for a challenging workout in a fun, fast-paced and enjoyable atmosphere. Training integrates balance, core, mobility, coordination and strength resulting in improved fitness levels, metabolism and body composition. Training sessions are 60 minutes and limited to 6 per group.
