Performance and Fitness Programs
3D Sport Performance, LLC
offers fitness and training programs for anyone, regardless of age,
gender, skill level, athletic or fitness goals. Our programs are
designed for youth, adolescent, high school, collegiate, elite athletes and team training. Most programs are conducted in a
small group environment to ensure proper instruction and safety.
Athlete Development I - Ages 10-13
This stage of development is critical for an athlete to establish and include strength and power training into their program. Simply put, the best way to improve your performance is by staying injury free and you minimize the risk of injury by being strong. Athletic fundamentals are now beginning to develop and must be practiced and refined leading to permanent athletic change.
Due to neuromuscular patterns being established in this phase it also becomes necessary to teach technical movement concepts. These fundamentals skills include proper force production/absorbtion (jumping, landing, strength), angles of force (deceleration/acceleration) and movement efficiency (speed, agility, strength).
Athlete Development II - Ages 14-18
This stage is characterized by training with application. Athletes in this stage have developed the basic fundamentals of athleticism and neuromuscular patterns are established. We now take the fundamental concepts and fine tune them for their specific sport. The focus during this period of training is to increase stabilization, along with increasing strength and power in a safe, efficient manner for building the complete athlete.
Elite Athletes - 18+
These programs are designed for athletes who participate in sports beyond high school. Athletes are physically more mature and able to handle higher loads of training and therefore are pushed to the limits for their specific sport. An emphasis on metabolic demands while maintaining strength and power is our focus and we will work with you in order to peak at the appropriate time. Athletes after a long season are also encouraged to take part in training where recovery and regeneration are the most important needs while maintaining optimal strength levels.
Team Training and Conditioning
Programs focus on delivering a challenging workout that is dynamic, organized, progressive and customized for your entire sports team in order to improve athleticism. The key to sport success is efficient movement skills. Our 3-D approach involves the development of stability/mobility, strength and power. Team training can be conducted on site or at your team's facility.
