| Performance and Fitness Programs
3D Sport Performance, LLC offers fitness and training programs for anyone, regardless of age, gender, skill level, athletic or fitness goals. Our programs are designed for youth, adolescent, high school, collegiate, elite athletes and team training. Most programs are conducted in a small group environment to ensure proper instruction and safety.
Youth Training - Ages 6-9
Youth Programs are 60 minute sessions designed to introduce and create foundations of overall athleticism in a fun, positive and highly successful environment. In our long term athlete development model, we refer to this period as "Guided Discovery" where youths are ready to learn new movement patterns. Play, exploration and fun dominant the these early phases of training while they learn fundamental skills, develop athleticism and discover a passion for their sport.
Our long term athlete development approach places a priority on running, jumping, skipping and teaching movement patterns and skills through fun games and situations. Athletic coordination is our primary focus and is essential in establishing an athletic foundation for improved performance, injury prevention and enjoyment of sports participation over a life time.
